First Coast Smarties is a Jacksonville based Smart club, created by Marvin Shavers. I created this club to give Smart owners in the Jacksonville area, an active club that enjoys good times, travel and swapping information about our unique little cars. The club has 29 members in it as of right now, however, we do not have 29 active members.
